This company is very professional. I had a lot of companies come out for estimates. The estimate wasnt the lowest but the plan and representation was better. If you use them you wont regret it
They came in masks and booties. Very pleasant and professional, at a reasonable price. Also replaced AC with them last year. I would recommend them.
Creative Comfort Solutions was a great company to work with. They were professional, informative, and on time for the estimate and the installation. We were not pressured at all, which was so refreshing. All of our questions were answered and they took the time to explain everything to us so we could make the best decision for our circumstances. We believe we made the right choice in choosing CCS.

The team from Create Comfort did an amazing job replacing our old furnace, which had fallen into disrepair last winter. They offered a great price on a high-efficiency model, scheduled the install within a few days (it was still warm out, so there was no rush), and my install crew (Russ, Joe, Nabeel, and Will) were extremely neat, polite, patient (with my questions), and quick with the install itself. They also added a new return vent to better balance the duct system, which was similarly done quickly, neatly, and it looks great.
I did get a little nervous about one thing I didn't understand, but after giving Creative Comfort a call, Nick and Kevin came out the next day to talk through my questions and even ended up showing me a thing or two about how the ventilation system in in my house works.
My house is warmer than ever, and it will cost me less in utility bills to get it there, all thanks to Creative Comfort.
I had a great experience with Creative Comfort who installed a central a/c system in my 100 year old house with no ductwork The team was very knowledgeable, gave me options and and were able to design a plan specific to my house with minimal construction. I ultimately went with high velocity for the 2nd and 2rd floors and a ductless unit for the first floor. They were able to complete the work quickly and professionally and answered all my questions along the way Shawn, Will and Nabeel were on time, professional, cleaned each day and I was able to work from home with minimal disruption. Highly recommend.
