We used Creative Comfort to replace our AC and oil furnace with a dual fuel system (heat pump and oil backup). They provided outstanding service, a fair price, and great communication. All techs were friendly, respectful, efficient, and clean. I recommend them without hesitation.
Creative Comforts Solutions has been doing a great job for me for both installation of my HVAC system and maintaining both heating and AC needs.
They are very responsive and reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with them.
The technician was a very nice guy and professional. Everything was clean up before he left. I'm happy with the results.
Alexander came on time, he called us. He was very professional.
And hope to see you and hope to see him again. Thank you, creative comfort solutions and thank you, Alexander.
We just had a complete gas furnace/HVAC system replacement and the team at Creative Comfort Solutions were easy to work with. I received a prompt response to my request for a proposal and they were thorough with all of my follow-up questions. Installers showed up as scheduled, completed all work in the timeframe expected and cleaned up! They also worked with us to ensure that our new system- with sophisticated new thermostat- was set up to deliver on the systems capabilities.
