We had a heater urgent call before the big storm, and they were able to assess it and make the repair very quickly, before the storm hit. Including whatever parts they needed. Nicole and the technicians who come out communicate very well, let us know when they are on the way, are very professional, explain things clearly. We are really glad we found them for our mini- split system, and now for the heater. We recommend them highly!
I have eight apartments with old forced air systems that require repairs, replacements and annual service. All my experiences over the years have been excellent. I particularly like that the phone is always answered, they schedule promptly especially in emergencies, they have skilled technicians, and they repair rather than replace whenever possible. They stand behind their work and come back without charge if it appears that something went wrong that should not have. Once when it took several tries to correct a complex equipment failure, they did not charge me for multiple visits or parts- just the final correct part that did the trick. They are honest, responsible and generous.
The technician was courteous and nice enough to talk to me via video conference while he was at the apartment with the tenant. This helped me understand what was causing the hot water issue.

Needed an evaluation of existing mini-splits. Scheduler was courteous and efficient. Scheduling reminders were helpful. They also provided the name of the tech on his way so we could verify as well as a time frame. Tech was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. We didn't have any issues to fix but I would have felt confident having him do so. Overall, very pleased with our experience. Would call again and would recommend.
