Creative Comfort has always delivered good service for our installation of both heater and air conditioning units and upkeep under the yearly plans. Nate, the service person, is very accommodating with any concerns we have and leaves work areas in good order when he is done. Nothing like good old fashion customer service with both the office and the service people.

Creative Comfort Solutions were professional, prompt, and curtious. They were able to get out to me quickly. Communication was excellent. The people who installed my central air were polite and quick. They cleaned up afterwards and walked me through everything. This is my second time using Creative Comfort and both times the price was very competitive and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them for HVAC work.
