Mike the technician was Great down to earth got in got the job done answered any questions I had and some haha he explained what was necessary and made me comfortable throughout the visit. Excellent service starting with the scheduler fitting me into a extremely busy schedule so I would not have to go 3 days with no a/c in 90 degree heat. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . In less than an hour, my a/c was running again. Highly recommended!
I was using Oliver, but their hyper-aggressive sales tactics are a real turn-off. Creative Comfort Solutions have been fair, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced.
