The entire Creative Comforts team is wonderful! We've been hunting down a slow leak in my system, and they've been so responsive and helpful at keeping the system working in this heat, even rushing out on a Saturday! Absolutely recommend them!!

I'm so pleased with my new air conditioning from Creative Comfort. From the beginning they discussed various options and what they would entail. They kept me informed every step of the way. Where to start? Michael visited our home to provide us with a proposal to replace an aging high velocity AC system. He came up with a unique solution which not only replaced our aging system, but also addressed cooling issues in another part of our home. None of the other HVAC companies we spoke to offered the kind of innovative solution Michael proposed. There were a few issues during the install but Michael, Joe, Nicole, the techs and install crew were all super responsive. Issues were addressed immediately to ensure our satisfaction. This type of customer service and responsiveness is a rare commodity nowadays and I would highly recommend their company.
I got a new heat pump installed last summer. Friendly, responsive if anything goes wrong, but mostly everything goes right. Try to work with you around financing and explain things clearly.
Quick to come out, customer service was great in dealing with a problem. Polite service man.
Techs were polite, and the main problem was fixed.
