I had a great experience with Creative Comfort for my heat pump installation. They were the most responsive company I spoke with, their pricing was great, and there were no high-pressure sales.
The installation went smoothly, and they were always happy to answer my questions and explain everything. Later, I had an issue with the system that wasn't their fault, but they came out immediately and spent hours working with Mitsubishi to get it sorted out.
I've already recommended them to a friend and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family-business style HVAC company.

Creative Comfort replaced our 20 year old high velocity A/C system and we've used them since for annual maintenance. Price wise, they were mid-point for our bids for the installation, but were very knowledgeable and reliable. We have been very pleased with them.
