Like the name suggests, they worked seamlessly to find a creative solution to installing conventional central air in my 1950's home which is sans ductwork. Creative comforts was available quickly to solve a heater problem. They scheduled quickly and on the day arrived on time. Great communication about the technician's arrival. Upon arrival, the issue was addressed quickly and the technician educated me on why the problem occurred. The technician explained to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. Finally, the price was great overall. I will be getting maintenance from them regularly from here on out. I highly recommend.
