Before the big storm this year, my existing heater went from fine to making a noise then not working within about a day. I was unable to reach my former heating company and reached out to Creative. They quickly diagnosed the 20 year old system and provided a quote for the needed part which was expensive, this resulted in the decision to replace the system with a new one. Unfortunately that could not be done prior to the storm but they provided space heaters to keep us comfortable through the weather and installed a few days later with affordable solutions and financing.
