Creative comforts was available quickly to solve a heater problem. They scheduled quickly and on the day arrived on time. Great communication about the technician's arrival. Upon arrival, the issue was addressed quickly and the technician educated me on why the problem occurred. The technician explained to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. Finally, the price was great overall. I will be getting maintenance from them regularly from here on out. I highly recommend.

Michael came to our home to give an estimate for a gas heating system. He gave us innovative ideas to lay the duct work in our poorly laid out home. He took the time to measure the space and understand the layout and didn't attempt to upsell in something we weren't interested in. Very friendly and loved chatting with him.

Before the big storm this year, my existing heater went from fine to making a noise then not working within about a day. I was unable to reach my former heating company and reached out to Creative. They quickly diagnosed the 20 year old system and provided a quote for the needed part which was expensive, this resulted in the decision to replace the system with a new one. Unfortunately that could not be done prior to the storm but they provided space heaters to keep us comfortable through the weather and installed a few days later with affordable solutions and financing. Truly saved me a huge headache and did so with professional demeanor. Thank you!
