Creative Comfort Solutions takes a very people-oriented approach to both their sales and service functions. I always feel like I'm talking to a friend or neighbor when I schedule with them or have one of their associates service our units. They take their time on a service call to be thorough, to explain what they're doing, and are meticulous about keeping our home clean as they move from outside to basement to attic. Could not recommend them more!
I cannot speak more highly about any service provider! Not only did Joe Notte move up my install so that my elderly mother would not have to suffer another heat advisory without A/C, but Creative Comfort got me 0% financing and left a box of air filters!!
They left my home cleaner than they found it, set up my dehumidifier with a separate pump so the HVAC unit wouldn't do double duty, and even used the existing base for the new thermostat so I would not have to paint the wall!

Great service!! You guys are awesome your local reliable and super easy to work with. Mike the technician was Great down to earth got in got the job done answered any questions I had and some haha he explained what was necessary and made me comfortable throughout the visit. So thank you again I will most definitely refer you to people, I have nothing bad to say !!
