These guys were great!! Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment same day (I assume do to a cancellation or something) and they were prompt! They wore masks and worked quickly but efficiently and were able to get everything working fast! Honestly I'm thrilled with how quickly it all came together. Jason and his assistant were very nice and wore masks throughout the entire home visit! Will deffo call them for any issues I have and recommend to others if they need HVAC help!

Quick scheduling, quick service, quick results! Our AC was broken two days before moving into a new house, and Nick from Creative Comfort did a great job diagnosing and fixing the immediate problem on the spot, plus recommending some options for future improvements. We'll be using them for any HVAC issues!
Very professional. Friendly. Wore a mask and was informative. He was nice to my over friendly cat. He assisted in helping me set up my new thermostat and explained what he was doing. Great service.

I am very satisfied with the fast response and the very efficient tech that was sent.He was on time, in fact he came earlier than I expected. He diagnosed what my air conditioning problem was and in no time it was fixed and blowing cold air again.The Tech Nick was very respectful, very polite and very knowledgeable.He is an asset to your Company.
