We used Creative Comfort to replace our AC and oil furnace with a dual fuel system (heat pump and oil backup). They provided outstanding service, a fair price, and great communication. All techs were friendly, respectful, efficient, and clean. I recommend them without hesitation.

We just had a complete gas furnace/HVAC system replacement and the team at Creative Comfort Solutions were easy to work with. I received a prompt response to my request for a proposal and they were thorough with all of my follow-up questions. Installers showed up as scheduled, completed all work in the timeframe expected and cleaned up! They also worked with us to ensure that our new system- with sophisticated new thermostat- was set up to deliver on the systems capabilities.

I had a great experience with Creative Comfort for my heat pump installation. They were the most responsive company I spoke with, their pricing was great, and there were no high-pressure sales.

The installation went smoothly, and they were always happy to answer my questions and explain everything. Later, I had an issue with the system that wasn't their fault, but they came out immediately and spent hours working with Mitsubishi to get it sorted out.
I've already recommended them to a friend and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family-business style HVAC company.

Mike Gill has become our go-to for anything HVAC-related—whether it's designing a customized cooling solution for a 150-year-old home, keeping an existing system healthy and energy-efficient, or installing brand-new central air.

He's an absolute pleasure to work with: knowledgeable, thoughtful, and incredibly reliable. His team is equally wonderful and consistently does impeccable work. It's rare to find a company you trust this completely, and I truly cannot recommend Mike and Creative Comfort enough!

They were great people. I needed a 2nd opinion and they told me nothing was wrong with my system. It was great to hear that. This is a very reliable company
