The installation went smoothly, and they were always happy to answer my questions and explain everything. Later, I had an issue with the system that wasn't their fault, but they came out immediately and spent hours working with Mitsubishi to get it sorted out.
I've already recommended them to a friend and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family-business style HVAC company.
