Have to give a shout-out to the team at Creative Comfort Solutions. They take such great care of our hvac units. All of the technicians are always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and are all super friendly. Nicole is always extremely responsive and cheerful whenever we need anything. They are a great team and we are so happy we don't have to worry about anything - they do it for us.
They are reliable, on time, and quite clear in what costs what. Vrey happy.

Amazing service as always
About a year and half ago Creative Comfort installed a new condenser and coil in one of our HVAC units. The experience from the initial estimate all the way to final installation was smooth and without hassle; they took time to listen to and answer my questions at every stage. I was very pleased with their work and decided to go on their maintenance plan as well. On the semi-annual visits the technicians have always been polite and thorough. It also is always a pleasure to deal with their head office.
Nick was polite, helpful and friendly and arrived on the earlier side of scheduled appointment window. Thank you!
Mike was both very professional and friendly, and thoroughly serviced our compressors and air handlers (despite the efforts of our protective dog to ruin his day). The whole Creative Comfort team has been great to us over the years - highly recommend.
