What a great experience in this heat no less, my AC unit went this morning and already everything is running with a plan to work with for staging what still needs to be done! Most importantly my family and fur babies are comfortable once again! These folks are professional, kind and considerate. I will be tackling more projects with them too knowing how quickly they responded to my emergency call!

This was the 2nd time I used Creative and they did an excellent job and they showed up within the promised time. On the first visit, they recommended that we insulate the air conditioning/heater supply duct since they had noticed that there was lots of condensation and rust around our system. So on this visit, this is what was done. Price was fair and work looks great!
