Creative Comfort has been handling my cooling and heating since 2020. All the folks there are very knowledgeable and professional. Their charges are reasonable and they are always prompt.
Creative comfort solutions replaced my HVAC last year and did an amazing job. They were efficient, clean, professional and well priced. They worked with me to find the best HVAC systems for my needs while also being mindful of budget. I recently signed up for the maintenance package to make sure my HVAC stays in great shape and they continued to deliver exceptional service at my tune up. I couldn't recommend them more!
Always professional and courteous
The company called me to set up an annual service appointent, offered a discounted price! The service person arrived on time. They did all the routine check ups, answered a question about air circulation to my stisfaction. Ovrall, good job.
The service has been excellent
I had an issue, called, got scheduled easily, they even reached out with earlier times available. The technician was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. They didn't try to sell me on stuff or rip me off. I was super nervous to use a random company but a friend did refer me and I'm now a new customer and we have found our HVAC guys. Super happy with this company and they Left no mess at all!!!!
Creative Comfort came out to diagnose an issue that I had with my furnace. Nicole answered my request and came out right away. I have used there service in the past and would recommend them for any AC/heating services.

I totally loved the entire experience - from knowing who the tech was, when they were arriving and the above and beyond customer care that Nate provided made this experience favorable. Mike thoroughly cleaned my heater in preparation for winter. He answered all the questions I had and he was very professional.
