We replaced the old radiators with central HVAC system for both cooling and heating. Creative Comfort did an excellent work starting from the assessment, design, and pricing. We loved working with Michael, Joe, Sean, and the team. They were professional, pleasant, and responsive. After doing business with them, I agree with their business name as they brought creative solution to our needs and comfort. Highly recommended!
We purchased a house that had no AC and were interested in getting a system installed prior to the summer. Mike walked us through our options and we decided on a ducted system, installed in our attic. The install crew (Nabeel and Kader) and additional team who assisted (Marc and Mike) were FANTASTIC. They were professional, personal and respectful, leaving our house in better condition than they found it. The duct work and vents were installed cleanly and look as though they've been there forever. I would most certainly recommend Creative Comfort for anyone looking for HVAC work.
We would like to commend Creative Comfort on the recent installation of a high velocity AC system in our home.The project was on schedule taking 6 days to complete. The workers were always on time; took pride in their work; and cleaned up everyday. They took care of our old house with its plaster ceilings as well as answering questions.
Creative Comfort quoted both a conventional and high velocity AC system.We are pleased with our selection of a high velocity system because we believe it saves us space in our attic and our closets. We would have no problem recommending Creative Comfort
Was able to get a same day appointment for a broken furnace. Nate got everything working. Seemed to be an issue with the thermostat. Only charged the consult fee. Highly recommend for quick service.
We have only good things to say about Creative Comfort Solutions! From the very first call to this company we had absolute professionalism! Our heater stopped working and a tech came out and knew what the problem was right away. He temporarily fixed it so we could have heat in our home until the part needed could be obtained, which was the very next day! We also had a pre-season check-up for our air conditioning unit the same week. A big thank you to Nick and Nate! I can't say enough how fortunate, and happy we were to have found this company!! We would highly recommend!!????????????
I screwed myself over and broke my thermostat trying to put a new one in and ended up causing more damage by frying the board. Thank god for these guys they were able to come out and replace the board and broken thermostat.
