After a bad experience the day before with a different company, Creative Comfort Solutions came to the rescue. The technician from a different company blew a fuse on a Saturday trying to install my Google Nest and I was left without AC. I called Creative Comfort on Sunday morning and within 2 hours Mike was at my condo. He fixed the blown fuse and installed my Google Nest. The whole process took about an hour and a half and my AC was back and running. He was kind and professional. Very grateful!

So far we've only used CCS once. BUT I will say they have been the best company to work with! They were friendly, on time, and very thorough. They were the best value for our money and the price was easily the most reasonable. Not only that, but they went above and beyond for us. They also quoted us for a job that they said they could easily do where other companies told us they wouldn't/couldn't do it. I will be happily sticking with Creative Comfort Solutions from now on!
