Customer service was great. Nick came out on time and was very knowledgeable and provided a few alternative solutions. Also their cost to diagnose my AC unit was the lowest of any other company I reached out to. We are currently waiting on pricing but if all looks good we would strongly consider moving forward with Creative Comfort (hopefully they come back with a reasonable price as we already invested a lot of money installing the existing unit). All in all, great experience with the initial diagnostic assessment.

Our HVAC stop working this morning the temperature was high, and three kids in the house I was worried! in the meantime, my friend gave me creative comfort solution's phone number I called them they respond better than 911. The Company provided great service with professionalism in serving my air conditioning system.
We are very happy we decided on Creative Comfort to install our new Daikin ductless mini-split A/C system (to replace an old duct and vent system).
It was fun to meet Michael and then to plan out the particulars with him and Joe.
The entire crew that undertook the job were knowledgeable and professional. Multiple times, on their own initiative, they took extra measures to get the final results just right.
The work took place over three days and both evenings they left the house in a very clean and orderly state. All the guys were considerate and personable.
One of the four units stopped blowing cold air sometime during the first week and Creative was prompt about getting a service man out who diagnosed a faulty part in the outside unit. As soon as the part came in he was back to install it and the unit has worked perfectly since.
One last visit resolved a condensation issue we became aware of, along with a finishing touch on the exterior drainage. It was nice to see two of the guys again from the original job for that. Joe was very responsive when these issues presented themselves.
Ever since, through the last challengingly hot month, the units have kept us cool and comfortable and we are grateful.
Fan motor on AC compressor wasn't working they came out right away replace the capacitor did a great job everything's working great wonderful guy
