I used Creative Comfort to maintenance my heater before the weather turned cold. The entire experience was pleasant and easy from start to finish. The receptionist taking appointments was professional and accommodating, and the person who performed the work was professional and efficient. I would certainly use this company again.

We've had a few service calls with a few different technicians, including maintenance and HVAC repair. They are very responsive, reliable and professional. We recommend getting on on their maintenance plan, which includes seasonal maintenance plus discounts on repairs. It pays off in the end.
