Maintenance personnel appeared on time, worked quickly and quietly in performing his tasks. I was left with a sense of confidence in a job well done. Typical for this company.
I can say with confidence that Creative Comfort Solutions is honest and highly skilled. The honesty comes across in the problems that are solved each time. I am never upsold on expensive repairs and always am able to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them.
We had Nate as our technician, and it was our 3rd time using CCS. They are incredible consistent, offer great value, and we will continue to be impressed with their business and use it! Can't go wrong.
Called at 9:00 at night and they scheduled me between 2 and 5 the next day. The repair man called at 12:00 pm to say he can head over if I was home. Prompt service, professional, kind and answered all my questions. Got the job done quickly. I will definitely use them if needed in the future.
