I received several bids from competing contractors. I was impressed with Creative Comfort Solutions innovative approach from the beginning and the common-sense approach. Competitors provided lower costs with systems that I had concern that my house may not be warm during cold days. Based on reviews of these other contractors, I think I was right to have concern. Creative Comfort Solutions were professional, clean, respected my house and my concerns with aesthetics. With the job completed on time, I am extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions if you want a job done correctly.
Any homeowner will occupy their home while improvements, face lifts, repairs happen. It's a relief to have a contractor provide prompt response, keep a clean work space, and arrive on time. CCS met the listed criteria when they worked at my home August 2019. The crew always showed up early then entered my property on schedule. At the end of my work day I'd observe their progress and notice how clean and organized the project site remained. The work on the exterior of the home was precise, tight, level. I had 1.5 ton condenser installed with coolant running up exterior to attic space where the air handler was installed. New duct work introduced on third floor penetrating to second floor rooms. Third and second floors serviced by cooling, 1st floor is not by my choice. Very satisfied. CCS must care about their reputation and quality of work.
We had a great experience with this company. Quick service and very efficient. Fingers crossed we won't have a problem again too soon, but if we do, we'll be calling them.

I had a great experience with Creative Comfort Solutions. Our A/C broke on a Sunday night in June with temperatures soaring into the mid 90's and they were able to squeeze me in last minute on the following day. They had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes, and now my A/C is working great!
