Creative comfort showed up within two hours of me calling when our heater crapped out on us on a cold day! They identified and resolved the issue within 10 minutes and were very reasonably priced.
The technician who came out to our home was on a mission. We have a lingering issue with a bathroom wall that, for lack of a better short description, bleeds. Only one section of the wall in our second floor bathroom (no windows) randomly sweats (condensation) and is damaging and discoloring the wall, something out of a horror movie set. Once the technician saw the damages it was he who made a similar joke about how scary looking it is. Anyhow, he proceeded to traverse the stairs in our home, from basement to third floor, repeatedly as though he was training for a triathlon. What he was doing, which he later described, was mapping out where all the ducts were behind the walls. He explained everything to me as to where they were and how it didn't seem possible that the damages were being caused by a duct. Unfortunately, the wall remains possessed. We were supposed to received a follow up visit for them to take the wall down and confirm there were no ducts but this didn't happen. We agreed in advance that we would pay for that service, regardless of duct work present or not, knowing that the wall is coming down regardless. We would just would have rather had a professional do it than us. Great service from the technician. Not so great follow up after the visit.

The staff in the office and the service people are courteous and very helpful. They provide details on the work needed. Their prices are reasonable. They are accomodating to your schedule. There are do many pluses with this company.
I appreciate that they don't try to make a deal or charge exorbitant prices for the work they do. Truly good folk!
