We have only good things to say about Creative Comfort Solutions! From the very first call to this company we had absolute professionalism! Our heater stopped working and a tech came out and knew what the problem was right away. He temporarily fixed it so we could have heat in our home until the part needed could be obtained, which was the very next day! We also had a pre-season check-up for our air conditioning unit the same week. A big thank you to Nick and Nate! I can't say enough how fortunate, and happy we were to have found this company!! We would highly recommend!!????????????
I screwed myself over and broke my thermostat trying to put a new one in and ended up causing more damage by frying the board. Thank god for these guys they were able to come out and replace the board and broken thermostat.
I have used Creative Comfort on multiple occasions in several different properties. Service is great. Always on time each and every time. Would recommend if you need service or even new heater/ac installations.
The staff is very personable while still maintaining professionalism. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and willing to assist. Thank you Nicole and Nate for your help . Will definitely utilize their services when needed.
CCS is an awesome company! This is the 3rd time I've used them. Each time I had a return call in no less than 15 minutes. This time I came home to no heat-Nick was out in the promised time scheduled -fixed my problem-explained to me why my heater wasn't working properly and showed me the part that had to be fixed.They are ALWAYS very nice , courteous and respectful of customers time and houses. I appreciate a company who actually returns your call promptly or actually at all ! Do not waste your time calling other companies-call Creative Comfort Solutions ! They will come through for you ! ????
