CCS is an awesome company! This is the 3rd time I've used them. Each time I had a return call in no less than 15 minutes. This time I came home to no heat-Nick was out in the promised time scheduled -fixed my problem-explained to me why my heater wasn't working properly and showed me the part that had to be fixed.They are ALWAYS very nice , courteous and respectful of customers time and houses. I appreciate a company who actually returns your call promptly or actually at all ! Do not waste your time calling other companies-call Creative Comfort Solutions ! They will come through for you ! ????

Called just before 7am on a day that we were expecting a blizzard. Heat was not working. Responses were rapid, professional, and our heating issue was resolved by 2pm the same day. Will absolutely use them again
