I recently had a company come out to service a boiler that wasn't working. I was led to believe that the boiler couldn't be repaired and that I needed to spend over $10K to replace it. I called Creative Comfort Solutions to get a second opinion. The technician came out and was courteous, informative, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem to restore the heat. Creative Comfort Solutions got us up and running when the other company simply wanted to up sell us on a new boiler. Called with a service request due to my HVAC system not turning on. They were out the next morning, within the appointment timeframe. They have also installed HVAC and split systems for me. Very friendly technicians and office staff.
Good experience scheduling, receiving confirmation of technician in transit and prompt work to resolve the issue. Service request is still in progress, however, so far, good experience!

This is 2nd time using them, and I will continue to!! My technician Nate is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and also came in my house utilizing proper Covid protection without me having to say anything!! Strongly recommend their services. And I was given a very fair pricing for the job!

If u want a place that is profesional and does quality work this is ur company! I had a water boiler issue and a company came out and instead of trying to diagnose the issue they recommended
I replace the whole system. Creative comfort solutions came out, diagnosed the issue and came back the following week to fix. My tenants are happy now their heat is working again. Definitely recommended.
