I have used Creative Comfort for multiple jobs over the course of remodeling the two homes I have owned. On my rowhome they did an awesome job installing mini-split ductless AC - they came up with a creative way of using ductwork in the basement to service my whole first floor, instead of just using one wall unit, and then installed units in my other two floors. Quality work AND they were the most competitive price - I got multiple estimates and other companies were charging me more for much less thoughtful approaches. They were quick and affordable when I needed maintenance on the mini splits, and I hired them to install a new energy-efficient furnace and central air in my new home. Always friendly and trustworthy, great communicators and staff. Highly recommend.

Will and Shawn were awesome, very punctual, very neat and when I was told it would take 4 days, they were done in 4 days. When the job was completed, both technicians walked me thru the job and answered any questions I had.

The "other" company used thuggish ploys to sell and upsell, but these guys are honest and stick to doing a great job.
