Will and Shawn were awesome, very punctual, very neat and when I was told it would take 4 days, they were done in 4 days. When the job was completed, both technicians walked me thru the job and answered any questions I had.

The "other" company used thuggish ploys to sell and upsell, but these guys are honest and stick to doing a great job.
These guys are great. Have used them couple of times and referred them to family to use as well. We use them for our routine maintenance checks always respond quickly and on time.
What a great company to work with! Needed a new central air unit to replace a 20+ year old system. Mike took the time to explain what we needed and what we did not need to spend money on. I was frustrated with trying to find a trustworthy HVAC guy. And I had a big home upgrade project that I really wanted done right. However, when I went through the motions of calling the "big" groups that you find on Google results...none of them felt right and all of them had their hands in my pocket. I was referred to Creative Comfort Solutions by a friend and was told to contact Mike. Welp, the rest is history. The job is now done and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result! The process was clean, fair and efficient. Mike came out to give me a free estimate. He quickly evaluated the job and determined a fair price (which was competitive yet below other estimates I had received). We shook hands and proceeded with the work. Mike brought his technician Joe to a second walk-through to finalize the details of the job. About 1 week later, the work was completed. They took great care of my home and left no mess. And they took extra attention to detail to ensure the aesthetics were perfectly placed. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys! You'll get professional grade craftsmanship and a team you can trust.
