I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Creative Comfort! HIGHLY recommend for HVAC issues and maintenance. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, honest, and communicative which is getting harder and harder to find.
Our AC suddenly stopped working and Creative came out to take a look at our issue. They provided us with quotes for multiple possibilities, and their techs did extensive testing and checking to identify that we just needed a new condenser and a coil replacement. We were able to get it scheduled quickly, the install crew was absolutely fantastic and we are cool again. We're so pleased with the entire experience and will be returning customers for maintenance and anything else that crops up.
Having HVAC issues is no fun as it can get costly very quickly, and we went through the wringer with some other big-name shops who tried use scare tactics to sell us an entire new system. That's not Creative's style, and as a homeowner it just feels like a huge win to find folks like that. Again, highly recommend and a huge thanks to the whole crew for the fantastic job!
This company did a great job installing a high velocity a/c system in my old house about 5 years ago. They now continue to maintain the system. Highly recommend!!
I would definitely recommend Creative Comfort Solutions. I had an issue with my A/C on a Sunday and they came right out and resolved the issue. It was a pleasure dealing with the office and technician.

I've had fantastic experiences with Creative Comfort every time I've dealt with them. They saved me last summer from the outrageous practices of one of the giant companies; I switched to CC and never looked back. I've found them honest, reliable, fast, polite, knowledgable... everything one could want.
I purchased their year-round protection and recently had the summer check-up. The repair guy (Mike) went the extra mile, cleared the vines and dirt off my main outdoor unit. Nate and Nick have come out on different occasions and each of them has been great. I've recommended Creative Comfort to friends and will continue doing so.
