I've used Creative comfort many times and have always had great service. Prompt, friendly, professional, reasonably priced.
Creative Comfort Solutions is a wonderful company. Topnotch customer service form the initial telephone call clear through the appointment. Nicole has a very pleasant phone manner and Nate the technician did a fantastic job diagnosing and addressing the issue with our older model split. Really great experience all around. Thank you for keeping us cool!
CCS is a great HVAC company. Their customer service is fantastic . They were efficient and quick at scheduling our PM for the summer season. Communication is top notch. Was kept abreast of arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. Answered all our questions/concerns.
The tech arrived early, worked quickly, and was very courteous and explained everything.
Creative Comfort is reliable, timely, caring and great for both buying and servicing HVAC.
Great--so glad to find Creative Comfort Solutions after a BAD experience with Oliver (whose sales practices have become ridiculously aggressive to the point of making sure you're charged for services you don't need). Creative Comfort is helpful, informative, prompt and respectful, and most importantly, HONEST. What more could you want?
CCS provided a detailed report of all HVAC functions from my house that will allow me to plan for maintenance expenses down the road. Their prompt, professional service made the process easy and transparent.
