I am posting this for Randy Morris. He is unable to do this himself. We love the company and have been using them for quite a number of years. Twice a year we have air and heat serviced by this wonderful company. Staff is wonderful, service is awesome. Thank you guys for always being there for us.

This company is awesome. I booked an AC tune-up, and the online scheduling process was simple and convenient. They also seem to offer great deals on their website.
Mike was the technician who serviced my unit, and he was honest, professional, and thorough. He actually performed a real tune-up on my AC system, checking the coils and cleaning the outdoor condenser unit, which other contractors I've hired in the past never did. Most importantly, Mike didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs. It was refreshing to work with someone who focused on properly servicing the unit instead of pushing extra charges.
I've decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan after that for both AC and Heater.
Excellent Company. Tech was very thorough and communicated everything. There was no pressure to buy anything and we discussed ideas and solutions. He helped me better understand my unit. Overall I am very impressed and felt I had an overall better experience than with other heating and cooling companies i've used in the past.

Creative Comfort Solutions is a wonderful company. Topnotch customer service form the initial telephone call clear through the appointment. Nicole has a very pleasant phone manner and Nate the technician did a fantastic job diagnosing and addressing the issue with our older model split. Really great experience all around. CCS is a great HVAC company. Their customer service is fantastic . They were efficient and quick at scheduling our PM for the summer season. Communication is top notch. Was kept abreast of arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. Answered all our questions/concerns.
