It was so easy to get an appointment at the time I wanted. Nicole, in the office, is very friendly and efficient. Nick, the service person, was equally so. He recommended a repair I will likely need in the future, but did not push for immediacy. I am glad I renewed the service contract that I originally purchased several years ago.
We rent a home in Ridley Park and Creative Comfort Solutions has installed a new heater and a new AC unit and they service them both annually to make sure our tenants are taken care of. They do a great job and the tenants are always happy to see them come out seasonally for the appropriate maintenance.
Creative Comfort Solutions evaluated my 105 yr old Philly home for heating and AC upgrades during a whole house renovation. Joe and his team came up with a plan that perfectly suited my needs! I was able to keep my hot water radiators to provide the majority of my home heating, with some supplemental heat sources from radiant heat flooring and a toe kick heater for areas where the radiators were not sufficient.
The AC is a combination of two systems, a ducted mini-split for the first floor and a small duct high velocity HVAC for the 2nd and 3rd floor. The ducts for the first floor are in the basement and the system vents up through the floor. The small duct high velocity system is in a closet on the 3rd floor. The small ducts are unobtrusive and are seamlessly integrated into my design. The system is quiet and keeps the house nice and cool even on sweltering summer days.
Creative Comforts handled the installation from start to finish and they did an excellent job!
They also installed a range hood vent for me and advised my contractor about how to route the vent so as to avoid negative pressure effects. Joe's contribution to the renovation was invaluable!
I was so happy with Creative Comfort Solutions that I got a service contract with them for an extremely reasonable price! If you live in the Philadelphia area or DelCo, I would advise you to give Creative Comfort Solutions your business! I wouldn't even bother calling anyone else!
