Nicole has a very pleasant phone manner and Nate the technician did a fantastic job diagnosing and addressing the issue with our older model split. Really great experience all around. CCS is a great HVAC company. Their customer service is fantastic . They were efficient and quick at scheduling our PM for the summer season. Communication is top notch. Was kept abreast of arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. Answered all our questions/concerns.

Great--so glad to find Creative Comfort Solutions after a BAD experience with Oliver (whose sales practices have become ridiculously aggressive to the point of making sure you're charged for services you don't need). Creative Comfort is helpful, informative, prompt and respectful, and most importantly, HONEST. What more could you want?
