Creative Comfort is awesome. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about HVAC issues and they always take time to explain things carefully. This is a hard-working, highly skilled, trustworthy, and reasonably priced company, and I highly recommend them.

Thorough assessment of our needs for a new HVAC system.
I called CCS on a Sunday night for loss of heat and a tech arrived the next day within the scheduled 2 hour window. He diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired it. I asked him about scheduling a routine maintenance service and he said he could do it while he was there. Would definitely will use them again for service and new instll.
Heat was off when we came home late at night . We called in the morning. Tech was out within an hour, figured out the problem within 15 mins! We needed a new thermostat, the one we had simply was not working despite being newer. Got us up and running all within 45 mins ! Very thankful for the quick response
This company was so nice and professional and got the job done in a half an hour. We absolutely love you guys for saving us in coming out so fast.
