So far we've only used CCS once. BUT I will say they have been the best company to work with! They were friendly, on time, and very thorough. They were the best value for our money and the price was easily the most reasonable. Not only that, but they went above and beyond for us. They also quoted us for a job that they said they could easily do where other companies told us they wouldn't/couldn't do it. I will be happily sticking with Creative Comfort Solutions from now on!

We had an AC malfunction on a Sunday morning when it was in the 90s. No doubt an incredibly high-volume time for a business who works in air conditioning. Nevertheless, Creative Comfort Solutions was able to get a repair professional to our home within a few hours and was able to diagnose and fix in the same visit. If ever there was an opportunity to take advantage of a new customer, they could have here, however they were consummate professionals who went out of their way to take care of us and provide a very reasonable rate and fix. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

4th of July weekend I get a call from a tenant that the AC is out at the Brew Pub. I contact Creative Comfort Solutions in 15 minutes I hear back and they can schedule for the next morning. Soon the brewers are serving cold beer in a cold Pub. Thanks Creative Comfort Your the Best !
