I have used Creative comfort three times : to replace a fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace, to replace an old air conditioner with a heat pump, and to fix a manufacturer error with the heat pump. Their pricing and response times were good and also I actually enjoyed working with them. On the heat pump, when the manufacturer misconfigured a valve and a capacitor, Creative Comfort had to sort out the issue, which they quickly did. Heat pumps are complicated, but they worked their way through the problems quickly, even though it wasn't a huge emergency. I've had a good experience with Creative Comfort three times and would use them again.

Amazing at what they do. They came right away analyzed the job and came the very next day completed a gas hook up for my generator. Very clean work and when they left it was like they were never there. Highly recommend!
