I see the workers from this company at my job and they are always professional so I reached out when my hvac system stopped working. From setting up a appointment over the phone to Nate coming on time and being professional to Nicole calling me after my appointment with what was wrong with my system everyone was professional, helpful and on time and the price was reasonable. Nate was respectful of my home. I definitely will use this company for any hvac issues in the future and will refer anyone I know will the issues.
The entire team is a pleasure to work with. They installed a new high velocity HVAC system at my personal residence as well as service the heating/cooling systems at a few rental units. Always on time and deliver high quality workmanship.
Creative Comfort installed Air Conditioning in our Chestnut Hill 1840's three story brick home in June of 2018 and has been maintaining and servicing it ever since. They use quality components, are reasonably priced, always listen to our concerns, and are punctual arriving for appointments. We have never had a major breakdown requiring emergency service. We wouldn't have known about Creative Comfort had we not had a personal referral. We are so pleased that we made the decision to go with Creative Comfort and not some other, more well known, HVAC contractor.

The two person team arrived on time (even a little early, though they would have been content to wait). They were respectful of the house and the system. While I'm not qualified to judge what they did technically, they clearly understood the situation and were efficient at addressing everything.
Creative Comfort Solutions is extremely professional and reliable. They responded in a timely manner and were able to schedule the repair immediately. I highly recommend them!!!
