We came home after a weekend away to our thermostat off and unit not working. I called the next morning and left a message. I received a call back a short time later and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Mike came by and was knowledgeable and professional and got our unit back up and running within an hour. Great service!

Air conditioning stopped working Saturday night.Sunday morning I called creative comfort for the first time,they were here within 2 hours on a Sunday and fixed the problem and didn't overcharge. Very happy with this company.

On one of the hottest days of the summer creative comfort solutions came out quickly to repair our air conditioner. From the initial phone call with the receptionist to the HVAC repairman who came to the house, everyone was courteous , informative and helpful. Their pricing is very reasonable too. I highly recommend this Company.

Our ac condenser unit stopped working on Sunday. It might have been Saturday but I noticed the fan wasn't spinning on Sunday. Called and left a voicemail Sunday night and got a return call Monday morning. By the end of the day Monday it was fixed. Repairs cost less than expected.

Though I rarely am motivated to post a review, Creative Comfort Solutions is worth it. When I explained my HVAC problem, they offered a couple of solutions before they needed to come out. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The service guy was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Their prices are fair ( no gouging) and they are amazingly customer focused. That's not easy to find in today's world!
