They were great. Very respectful! Worked hard and were fast. They had to remove old burners and put new ones in. I have used them before and they have been very reliable and nice. I am very satisfied. Also, Nicole who I call when I need service is nice and tries ( and always has) to accommodate me. They are good people and run a good business.

Have to give a shout-out to the team at Creative Comfort Solutions. They take such great care of our hvac units. All of the technicians are always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and are all super friendly. Nicole is always extremely responsive and cheerful whenever we need anything. They are a great team and we are so happy we don't have to worry about anything - they do it for us.

Amazing service as always
About a year and half ago Creative Comfort installed a new condenser and coil in one of our HVAC units. The experience from the initial estimate all the way to final installation was smooth and without hassle; they took time to listen to and answer my questions at every stage. I was very pleased with their work and decided to go on their maintenance plan as well. On the semi-annual visits the technicians have always been polite and thorough. It also is always a pleasure to deal with their head office.
