Had company technicians out for an annual inspection of my heater boiler and then, a week later, to replace a bleeder valve in a radiator. I was quite satisfied with the quality of the work and the demeanor of the technicians.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy they provided a two hour window of arrival. Text/called in advance for notice they were arriving soon and was very professional and had a great demeanor on arrival. Service took about an hour and was reasonable priced! Feel 100% better running my heat for this upcoming winter.

I have used Creative comfort three times : to replace a fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace, to replace an old air conditioner with a heat pump, and to fix a manufacturer error with the heat pump. Their pricing and response times were good and also I actually enjoyed working with them. On the heat pump, when the manufacturer misconfigured a valve and a capacitor, Creative Comfort had to sort out the issue, which they quickly did. Heat pumps are complicated, but they worked their way through the problems quickly, even though it wasn't a huge emergency. I've had a good experience with Creative Comfort three times and would use them again.
