I have been using Creative Comfort for the past couple of years. They are very dependable and a pleasure to call whenever I need them for my heating and A/C maintenance. I feel they are honest and do not try to sell you anything that is not necessarily needed.

I've been a big fan of this company for many years. They installed our central AC about 7 years ago and were thorough, professional, and very reasonably priced. Just had an issue with frozen coils and they came out at short notice for a very reasonable callout fee. The technician stayed for over an hour checking the system and making sure everything was running smoothly. Very happy.
Great customer service all around and nice, honest and reliable techs. They have helped me with 2 properties and have always made a point to be helpful and consultative. Highly recommend!
Had anI issue with my central air unit and contacted Creative Comfort Solutions. They were great! They sent someone out promptly the very next morning to assist. Their representative was on time, very friendly and professional. Most importantly, they diagnosed the issue within a 30-minute time frame and had my system up and running within 60 minutes! Pretty amazing. Not to mention they also made things super convenient for me as the customer. Payment was available to be made to their representative via card right on the spot for both parts and labor.

As a veteran of several home renovations which included HVAC, I can heartily recommend Creative Comfort Solutions for any of your HVAC work. The crew was on time, responsive, answered any questions, were clean and installed a great system. They made the entire experience a positive one. They are professionals and seemed to work well with each other. Their pricing was fair, I got the best service and product out there. It was well worth it. Five stars out of five!
