As a veteran of several home renovations which included HVAC, I can heartily recommend Creative Comfort Solutions for any of your HVAC work. The crew was on time, responsive, answered any questions, were clean and installed a great system. They made the entire experience a positive one. They are professionals and seemed to work well with each other. Their pricing was fair, I got the best service and product out there. It was well worth it. Five stars out of five!

Creative Comfort was able to schedule me the following week for a new HVAC run. They texted me when the tech was on his way. He was super nice and professional and answered all of my questions. He also cleaned up spotless, and put my furniture back in place. I always recommend this company looking for anyone needing central heating and air.
Customer service was great. Nick came out on time and was very knowledgeable and provided a few alternative solutions. Also their cost to diagnose my AC unit was the lowest of any other company I reached out to. We are currently waiting on pricing but if all looks good we would strongly consider moving forward with Creative Comfort (hopefully they come back with a reasonable price as we already invested a lot of money installing the existing unit). All in all, great experience with the initial diagnostic assessment.
