I am very happy with the service, price, and quality of work from Creative Solutions. There was an issue with my daughter's radiator that 3 other guys couldn't figure out. Nick from Creative Solutions solved the problem in less than ten minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and accommodating. They did not charge me for the second visit since the first person they sent out didn't fix the problem. I would highly recommend Creative Solutions to anyone with HVAC needs!

Was referred to Creative Comfort Solution through a friend in Philly. My heater broke over a weekend and they sent someone out in the morning that next Monday. After another company offered to replace our boiler, Creative Comfort Solutions was able to order the parts and have it fixed just before temps dropped into single digits. As a property manager, their pricing is fair and their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough!

My 2.5 year old furnace was experiencing issues where the flame kept shutting off before reaching the desire temperature. I had a local HVAC company come out to take a look and they were unable to fix the problem. Instead, they recommend replacing the 2.5 year old furnace because they said it was installed incorrectly by the installer. Luckily, I was able to get a 2nd opinion from creative comfort solutions. They were able to come out the very next day and fixed my furnace! The technicians, Mike and Nick, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
