A great experience all around. I contacted them because I have a high velocity HVAC system and wanted them to relocate a thermostat. Scheduling was clear and communicative. Technician arrived when they were scheduled and handled the repair with ease. Will contact again.
We used them on two major air conditioning jobs. In both cases the price they quoted was very fair and the work completed on time and was very well done. They were really great to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very easy to work with. Naturally the coldest weekend of the year my heat goes out . With one call they came out and figured out the problem , unfortunately being the weekend we had to wait till Monday for the part . They did however handle the warranty claim which saved me hundreds , fit me into their Monday schedule and now the house warm again . Will probably be setting up a service contract with these guys soon

Working with creative comfort has been great! They helped get us set up with central air (including duct work) and explained to us the benefits of a water pump for oil heat. They were patient with our kids and dog, persistent when issues arose (due to the unit, not the service), responsive to our questions, and always polite and friendly keeping us fully informed and feeling at ease with daily work going on in our busy home. Quality work and quality people, highly recommend!
