From the initial phone call to the technician coming out, they were very professional, friendly and prompt. Mike was very knowledgeable about my damaged C/Air unit which was struck by a fallen tree. Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions.
I highly recommend this place. Scheduling was easy, cheaper than other quotes, and no increases or unexpected charges.
I had to get a drip pan replaced in my AC unit. The guy who came over was professional and fixed it quickly, and checked that the pump was working. He found that the joint in the duct needed to be replaced after removing it, so he went and got the part and then replaced it with no charge.
Whoever answers the phone (Nicole maybe?) was professional, nice, and understanding. I will be using these guys in the future and don't hesitate to recommend them.
