Though I rarely am motivated to post a review, Creative Comfort Solutions is worth it. When I explained my HVAC problem, they offered a couple of solutions before they needed to come out. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The service guy was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Their prices are fair ( no gouging) and they are amazingly customer focused. That's not easy to find in today's world!
It was a pleasure working with Creative Comfort. I called on a Sunday and they came right out. The office and the technician were outstanding.
Receptionist was professional and polite while taking my information. I received same day service! Tech came in less than an hour. Troubleshooted the issue right way and now cool air again! He was professional and even gave my unit a cleaning. Much appreciated. Also, reasonably price considering short notice. Highly recommend, thank you!!
Creative Comfort did a great job installing a multi-zone heat pump in our house. They did a quick clean job, even when the weather was getting hot. The system has been doing a great job keeping the house cool since then. Many thanks to these guys!
