We had two AC projects completed by Creative Comfort Solutions in our early 1900s home in the last 6 months and could not be happier. They were incredibly reasonably priced and offered solutions that no other company we consulted would even consider. They are truly engineers and artisans! They are always on time, leave our home better than they found it, were very pleasant to work with from beginning to end. We recommend this company to any family/friends needing HVAC work with utmost confidence.
They came out to assess the situation promptly and took care of it within a few days directly after!
The technician did a great job. He serviced my inside unit, changed the filter as requested, and also checked, and tightened screws on the outside unit. Now it doesn't make noise outside. It was a service call that went very well. Thank you.
Had a real puzzler on a direct vent boiler. Another company wanted 1900.00 to replace the main board and the igniter. I replaced them for under 500, but they were not the problem. I called Russ. They sent Nate, who stayed with the problem, and now I have a working boiler. I wish I'd called Creative Comfort first.
We just got a furnace replaced by a competitor and then found out that creative solutions can do the same job for 25% less. They have been responsive And reliable so far, getting in for a quote for a second furnace very quickly. Will provide an update on here as we work with them more, but so far so great!
